Online dispute resolution (ODR) is the adaptation of technological systems, tools and devices for resolution of disputes. Resolution of disputes virtually has become a necessity in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
Even in recent times, we have seen the adaptation of the Judiciary to attending to cases virtually, this therefore, speaks to the fact that resolving disputes online is necessary to curtail the number of conflicts which may arise online and offline, therefore, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is not only a tool that assist the neutral, but also the disputing parties in a dispute to resolve their disputes speedily.
